Human Resources Executive

About the Role

As an HR Executive, you’ll manage end-to-end HR functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire inductions and ensure smooth administrative setup.
• Foster employee engagement, resolve grievances, and support a positive work culture.
• Assist in performance management, L&D initiatives, and career development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR data, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labour laws.
• Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement) to drive improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in HR (Recruitment & Generalist role).
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws & compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.

Preferred:

MBA in HR or equivalent.

Exposure to HR analytics, employee engagement, or L&D initiatives.
