  • Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and implementing HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations at the factory. The role requires close coordination with production, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth workforce management and adherence to labour laws.

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, operators, and workers.
  • Conduct interviews, skill tests, and ensure timely manpower availability.
  • Organize induction and onboarding programs for new employees.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

  • Maintain attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.).

3. Employee Relations & Welfare

  • Act as a point of contact for worker grievances and resolve issues.
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives at the factory.
  • Maintain discipline and handle employee misconduct cases as per company policies.

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for workers and staff.
  • Conduct regular safety, skill development, and compliance training.
  • Maintain training records and monitor effectiveness.

5. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, statutory documents).
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and submit to management.
  • Support audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.

6. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with factory safety standards in collaboration with EHS team.
  • Coordinate medical checkups, PPE distribution, and health initiatives.
  • Liaise with government labor officers and statutory bodies when required.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (attendance/payroll systems).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle worker grievances.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced factory environment.
  • Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA-HR, or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing / factory setup).
  • Experience in managing statutory compliance and factory workforce is mandatory.
  • Working Conditions

  • Based at the factory premises.
  • Requires interaction with workers, supervisors, and management teams.
  • Should be flexible with working hours as per production requirements.
