Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Toolroom Engineer to manage and maintain tools, molds, and dies for injection molding and blow molding operations. The candidate will be responsible for mold maintenance, repair, and ensuring tool availability for uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of injection/blow molds.

Perform preventive maintenance of molds and tooling.

Coordinate with production teams for tool changeovers and availability.

Maintain proper documentation of tool history, maintenance, and repairs.

Assist in the development and modification of tools as per product requirements.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and care of all tools and dies.

Operate machines such as lathe, milling, surface grinder, etc., as needed.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a toolroom environment.

Hands-on experience with mold maintenance, tool fitting, and precision machining.

Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances.

Familiarity with plastic molding tools (injection & blow) preferred.
