Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor

  automatic/semi-automatic blow moulding machines

  used for manufacturing plastic closures, spouts, and containers.
• Ensure machines are

  running efficiently

  and producing quality output as per specifications.
• Carry out

  mould changeovers, setting parameters

  , and startup procedures.
• Check product quality through

  visual inspection, weight, dimensions, and leakage tests

  .
• Perform

  routine maintenance

  , cleaning, and minor repairs of machines to avoid downtime.
• Maintain proper records of

  production quantity, rejects, and material usage

  .
• Troubleshoot

  machine faults, air leaks, temperature issues

  , and other production problems.
• Coordinate with

  quality control and maintenance

  teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to

  safety, cleanliness, and ISO 9001/14001/45001 guidelines

  during operation.
• Reduce wastage, improve cycle time, and contribute to

  continuous improvement efforts

  .

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th pass with relevant machine handling experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in

  blow moulding operations

  (especially in packaging or plastic industry).
• Understanding of

  machine parameters, basic troubleshooting

  , and production processes.
• Ability to work independently and handle shift responsibilities.
• Basic knowledge of

  mould cleaning, preventive maintenance

  , and production documentation.
