Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff in our factory premises. The role involves ensuring daily cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards across all areas of the factory, including production, office, toilets, and storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily cleaning activities of housekeeping workers in all assigned factory areas.

Ensure cleanliness of production floor, machines, restrooms, canteen, and external surroundings.

Assign tasks to cleaners and monitor their performance throughout the day.

Ensure cleaning materials are used properly and refilled as required.

Check and maintain hygiene standards in accordance with factory policies.

Maintain a daily checklist and cleaning log for routine monitoring.

Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately to the concerned department.

Ensure discipline, punctuality, and attendance of cleaning staff.

Train new workers on cleaning practices and factory cleanliness guidelines.

Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments on time.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 10th or 12th pass; experience in facility/cleaning supervision preferred

2–4 years of experience in factory or industrial housekeeping supervision

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Ability to manage a team and handle emergencies or urgent cleaning needs

Physically fit and alert during the full 12-hour shift

Work Conditions:

Full-time position with 12-hour shift (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

6 days a week, Sunday or weekly off as per factory policy

Overtime/workload adjustment as per need during audits or deep cleaning schedules
