Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Anjani Closures Pvt. Ltd. D-509, S P Square, Beside Ramol Police station, CTM, Ramol Road, Janta Nagar, Ahmedabad Company: Anjani Closures Pvt Ltd Industry: Manufacturing (Plastic Caps, Closures & Spouts) Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2 to 4 years (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sales support) Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent. MBA preferred. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team at Anjani Closures Pvt Ltd , a leading manufacturer of caps, closures, and spouts for the chemical and lubricant industries. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in handling customer communication, processing orders, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales operations. Handle inquiries from customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders. Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch and after-sales support. Update and maintain customer records and sales data in CRM or Excel. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely delivery and documentation. Follow up on payments and maintain records of outstanding receivables. Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and forecasting. Respond promptly to customer complaints and ensure resolution. Maintain stock records and product availability updates. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or ERP is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good understanding of sales processes in a manufacturing setup. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sector. Familiarity with plastic product sales or packaging industry will be an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
