Job Summary: The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of all facilities. The role requires a candidate with a valid C License to handle electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and operate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems efficiently. Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all facility equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, installations, and upgrades. Prepare and maintain facility documentation, including maintenance logs, reports, and work orders. Assist in budgeting, planning, and execution of facility improvement projects. Respond promptly to facility emergencies or breakdowns. Supervise junior technicians and facility staff when required. Qualifications & Requirements: B.Tech/BE (EEE/ECE)/Diploma EEE Valid C License Minimum [6] years of experience in facility management or engineering. Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance. Proficient in using facility management software and MS Office. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
