Job Overview:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. The HR Specialist will work closely with department managers and employees to ensure that all HR-related policies and procedures are followed and that the organisation remains in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with Industry leaders in the space of health, wellness, wellbeing including and not limited to Hospitals, Insurance, Corporates , Health/ Fitness Centers , Wellness Center/ Clinics, Health-Tech Companies to form collaboration for creating placement opportunities for Graduates of Weljii Certification Program.
  • Attend Industry Events for the purpose of networking with HR professionals leading creation on placement opportunities for Weljii Students.
  • Coordinate with Students to understand their placement requirements and coordinating, interviews and finalising terms of employment with the recruiting company.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company's objectives and culture.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to management and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, complaints, and grievances.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and vacation and sick leave.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and prepare reports as needed.
  • Stay current on HR-related laws and regulations and ensure the company remains in compliance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
