Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Bengaluru. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and overseeing performance management. The role will involve collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organisational goals and drive employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Policies and strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with Labour and Employment Law
• Knowledge of developing and implementing Performance Management processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with HR tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
