· 6–8 years of progressive HR experience across HRBP, recruitment, operations, and administration.
· Prior experience in a leadership or HR Head role preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management and people skills.
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
