HR Business Partner – Night Shift (Vadodara) Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Work Model: 100% Onsite | Night Shift Experience: 5+ Years Industry: IT Services / IT Consulting / Staffing About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Business Partner to join our client’s rapidly growing IT Services team in Vadodara. This is a critical, high-impact role where you'll act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted coach to employees. You will drive people strategy, performance conversations, organizational development, team engagement, and change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, understanding and supporting business goals and challenges. Lead Performance Management cycles and develop tools and strategies for employee development. Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and team culture. Champion and lead organizational change management programs. Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements. Manage the employee lifecycle for a headcount of 100-150 employees. Be available to work during night shifts (aligned to US time zones). What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role. Prior experience in IT Consulting, Recruiting, or Staffing companies is highly preferred. Proven ability to handle a headcount of 100–150 employees. Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data to drive outcomes. A proactive individual contributor who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Empathetic and approachable personality with a deep sense of people-first leadership. Bonus: Experience in scaling HR operations or working in high-growth environments.
