As a Managing HR Business Partner (Sr. General Manager) for a well-known Oil and Gas company in India, you will be responsible for driving HR strategy across both plant and corporate operations. Your role will involve expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, industrial relations, and contract labour management for large-scale projects. Your 15+ years of HR leadership experience in the Oil & Gas sector or manufacturing plant will be critical in implementing HR systems, policy frameworks, statutory compliance, and administration support in plant environments. Additionally, your strong background in handling greenfield/brownfield projects will be beneficial for this role.
