Responsibilities:

· Partner with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support business goals.

· Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.

· Formulate, review, and implement HR policies and process improvements.

· Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

· Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.

· Support leadership in building a high-performance culture through coaching and engagement strategies.

· Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement effective training and development programs.

· Implement and regulate performance management processes, ensuring clear goal-setting, feedback, and career development discussions.

· Play a key role in driving change by managing both long-term HR strategies and daily HR operations

Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

· Proven ability to balance strategic HR planning with execution.

· Demonstrated leadership qualities with stakeholder management experience.

· Exposure to IT/ITES, SaaS, or other fast-paced industries preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-improvement mindset.

Qualification:

· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institution.
