This role requires a client-facing professional who can understand complex IT staffing needs, drive effective communication between clients and delivery teams, and ensure timely fulfillment through structured accountability and collaboration. Requires Skills & Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in Account Management, preferably in an IT Services or Consulting firm (Indian Clients) Proven experience handling mid-to-large enterprise clients in the IT domain Deep understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technology stacks Strong coordination skills with recruiting/delivery teams and ability to drive accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach Comfortable managing in-person client meetings and virtual reviews Strong reporting and status-tracking abilities Show more Show less
