What we’re looking for

* 2-4 years of ad agency experience 

* A mix of strategy, empathy, and no-nonsense execution.

* Someone who knows when to charm a client.

* Strong understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns.

* Unflappable under pressure. Seriously, this role isn’t for the faint-hearted.

What you’ll do:

- Own client relationships end-to-end: from onboarding to delivery. 

- Work with our creative, social, and film teams to make campaigns that actually move the needle.

- Keep projects on track, clients informed, and the team inspired.

- Anticipate problems before they exist, and fix them before anyone notices.
