Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Address client inquiries, needs, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Assist in contract renewals and negotiations with clients.
• Facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution between clients and the company.
• Understand the company’s products and services to better serve client needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on strategic plans for clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and work towards client retention.
• Manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide client training or onboarding when necessary.
• Escalate and resolve client issues as needed to maintain service quality.
