Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team and focus on outbound and inbound calls for the Australia region. The candidate will generate leads, provide information about our services/products, and set up appointments or close initial deals. This role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly yet persuasive tone, and the ability to handle Australian clients professionally. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based in Australia. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate product/service information. Qualify leads based on set parameters and forward them to the sales team. Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs and client information. Follow up diligently on leads and ensure regular communication. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
