Job Description :-

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Client Account Manager. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of backlinks, and coordinating with internal teams and publishers to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with publishers and the internal delivery team to ensure timely execution of orders
• Understand client needs and ensure their link-building goals are met
• Respond to client queries via email, calls, and internal systems
• Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking campaign delivery
• Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and follow-ups
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with global clients

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus
• Good with coordination, follow-ups, and multitasking
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
