Client Services Manager

Role Overview: As a highly proficient Client Servicing professional at Wizcraft, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, conceptualizing and managing various events, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve working closely with the creative team, providing communication strategies as per client preferences, and achieving organizational targets. Key Responsibilities: - Client Servicing: - Project management including working on project briefs, reporting, documentation of project content, and on-ground support - Collaboration with the creative team for conceptualization, creating pitch presentations, and credentials for projects - Management of large and small-scale events - Analysis of tender/brief considering financial, legal, production, and creative feasibility - Guiding management on tender/brief terms and conditions - Conceptualizing and implementing large-scale events, providing communication strategies, and achieving organizational targets - Developing event strategies based on market requirements and business potential - Estimating client spend, venue recce, and venue plotting - Direct interaction with clients for event direction, presentation, and management - Finalizing prices through negotiations with clients or providing standard rate cards - Ensuring self and team performance - Process Management: - Adhering to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures - Preparing pre-event P&L with the production team - Creating a detailed project plan with activities and timelines for project delivery Qualification Required: - Excellent presentation skills - Strong team player with management skills and the ability to play different roles within the team - Capable of presenting work and leading client conversations Please note that the provided job description does not include any additional details about the company.,
