Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end client servicing for corporate events, MICE, conferences, and experiential activations.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable event plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, operations) to ensure flawless execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for all assigned projects.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Handle escalations and ensure service recovery where needed.
• Present proposals, concepts, and pitch decks to clients.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years in event management / agency client servicing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Experience in handling corporate clients is a must.
