As a Client Services Manager at Cielo, you will lead a team of recruiters to provide exceptional service to clients, fostering trust and strong relationships to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals. Your responsibilities include: - Leading a high-performing team to exceed client expectations by setting clear performance standards and goals, assessing progress, and providing leadership and coaching. - Establishing regular communication with direct reports, providing feedback, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for collaboration and learning. - Developing recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and partnering with internal teams and client leaders for successful client implementations. - Managing programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipeline, drive recruiting strategy, and meet hiring goals. - Participating in client meetings, addressing gaps in service delivery, and supporting recruitment process needs. - Driving standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency of processes and procedures within the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role, with experience in coaching or team management. - Exposure and knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred. As the Client Services Manager, you will also lead a team of Recruiters, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth. Your work location will be in Gurgaon, India, with a hybrid work arrangement and APAC 1st shift schedule.
