The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of backlinks, and coordinating with internal teams and publishers to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Coordinate with publishers and the internal delivery team to ensure timely execution of orders Understand client needs and ensure their link-building goals are met Respond to client queries via email, calls, and internal systems Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking campaign delivery Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and follow-ups Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with global clients Skills & Requirements: Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal) Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus Good with coordination, follow-ups, and multitasking Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing role Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
