Client Services Account Manager

As a primary point of contact between Triloke and the clients, your role will involve building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will promptly and professionally address client inquiries, needs, and concerns. Collaborating with internal teams is crucial to ensure that client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded. Monitoring account performance, providing regular updates and reports, and identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth are key responsibilities. Your duties will also include assisting in contract renewals and negotiations, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution, understanding Triloke's products and services to better serve client needs, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams on strategic client plans. Client satisfaction is paramount, and you will work towards client retention by managing multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks effectively, providing client training or onboarding when necessary, and escalating and resolving client issues to maintain service quality.
