Job Title: Mid-Level Business Development Manager (India Market) Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 3+ Years in Core Business Development (Indian Market) Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time About The Role: We are building a new Center of Excellence (COE) for Business Development , We are hiring a Mid-Level Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving our client acquisition strategy in the Indian market. This is not a maintenance or relationship farming role — we need a pure hunter, someone who can generate leads from scratch, convert them into opportunities, and close the deal. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new logos for the company, creating a solid foundation for our long-term growth in the Indian market.W e’re looking for a superstar to be part of this exciting journey. Key Responsibilities Build and own a target client list aligned with PravAgas’ service offerings. Do market research and client mining to identify new business opportunities. Initiate conversations, build relationships, and generate qualified leads from scratch. Connect with decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, Hiring Heads) and schedule meetings. Run end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and discovery to pitching and closure. Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects with regular follow-ups and reporting. Work closely with leadership to strategize on growth opportunities and market expansion. Help define and improve sales playbooks and outreach methods. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets . What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of proven experience in core Business Development roles for Indian market. Strong experience in selling staffing/recruitment services. A natural hunter with a track record of acquiring new clients from scratch . Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and B2B deal structures.
