Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Vcheck as an HR Associate to support the HR team in the rapidly growing office in India. Your responsibilities will include HR administrative duties, onboarding/offboarding processes, compliance support, employee engagement, office management, and more. This role offers you the opportunity to gain exposure to supporting office and HR operations in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Sr. Manager of HR in managing the HRIS system, processing employee changes, onboarding and offboarding employees, and managing apps within the system for efficient data accuracy. - Assist in generating and maintaining HR reports in the HRIS system. - Ensure streamlined onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborate with IT for timely account provisioning/deprovisioning, conduct thorough background checks, address employee queries promptly, and manage necessary paperwork. - Lead the Culture Crew by planning and executing events, purchasing gifts, creating monthly recognition and benefits posts, etc. - Act as the initial point of contact for employee queries, provide timely responses with a customer service mindset, direct them to appropriate resources, and escalate when necessary. - Support in ensuring compliance by responding to state and federal HR notices and emails and submitting required reports. - Manage office inventory, vendor relationships, office safety plans, mail, budgets, and expenses effectively. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. - Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in an HR capacity. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Experience with HRIS and report generation preferred. - Experience in a progressive start-up environment is a plus. - Strong planning, organizational, time management, and project management skills. - High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to independently resolve issues with sound judgment. - Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
