As a Safety Officer & Safety Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe working environment by conducting regular reviews of operations and processes to identify potential hazards and risks. You will be required to investigate and maintain records of first aid cases, accident cases, near miss reports, incident reports, and other safety-related documentation. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience in the crane industry, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health. Previous experience in a similar safety role within industries such as oil & gas, power plants, and refineries is preferred. A strong understanding of heavy lifting operations, crane safety standards, and ESG Awareness/ISO Safety Standards is required. This position is based in various locations across India with a salary range of INR 50,000-80,000 CTC. Fluency in English and Hindi is necessary, and accommodation and transportation will be provided.
