Role Overview:

Human Resources Associate (HRA)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    end-to-end recruitment

    (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Handle

    employee onboarding and documentation

  • Maintain and update

    employee records and HR databases

  • Support

    payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

  • Assist in

    performance management and appraisal processes

  • Address basic

    employee queries and HR-related concerns

  • Support HR policies, compliance, and internal audits
  • Assist in organizing

    employee engagement activities and events


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    HR operations or recruitment

  • Good

    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of basic

    HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
