Aviara Labs is a fast-growing AI and automation company based in Noida, building intelligent solutions and products for global clients. We foster a collaborative, people-first culture and are looking for an HR Associate who can support both HR operations and administrative functions.

Role Overview

The HR Associate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including office coordination and vendor follow-ups.
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and compliance documentation.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Ensure smooth HR operations and policy adherence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
0–1 year experience in HR operations, recruitment, or admin roles (freshers welcome).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
