Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our team at The Fern Residency. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Develop and implement effective HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, promoting a positive work environment.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in human resources, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and systems, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
