HR supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's HR initiatives. They oversee recruitment, training, employee relations, and benefits, while also ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance. Furthermore, they provide guidance to HR staff and work closely with managers to address employee issues. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the entire hiring process, from posting job ads to interviewing and making offers. Training and Development: Design, implement, and conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing. Compliance: Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and ensure the company is in compliance. Especially safety regulation and policy. Performance Management: Assist management in performance reviews, providing feedback and development plans. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions, such as visa and work permit, accommodation, facility and supervise team e.g. cleaners, drivers, electricians, security guard. Responsible for employee relations and safety management in workplace Essential Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication is crucial for interacting with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is essential. Leadership Skills: Supervising and motivating to achieve their goals requires leadership skills. Knowledge of HR Practices and Laws: A solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and labor laws is necessary. At least 5-7 years of HR experience. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve employee issues and other HR-related problems is crucial.
