Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement & New Initiatives

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs.
  • Drive innovative HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

2. Performance Management

  • Lead performance review cycles.
  • Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

3. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.

4. HR Operations

  • Oversee salary processing, performance bonuses, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
  • Handle PF challan generation and EPFO portal activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely documentation.

5. HR Policy & Strategy

  • Formulate and update HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

6. Technology & Tools

  • Proficient in HRMS tools and MS Teams.
  • Manage LinkedIn for employer branding and talent outreach.
  • Generate reports and analytics for HR metrics and decision-making.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and legal requirements.

8. Learning & Development

  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning.
  • Arrange weekly Knowledge Sharing Sessions after identifying needs.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including résumés, applicant logs, and employee forms, employee joining data etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications


·      Minimum 3 years of HR experience

·      Strong communication and people management skills

·      Proficiency in HRMS tools and employee engagement platforms

·      Ability to design and implement HR policies and initiatives effectively

·      Proactive and self-driven. .

·      Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

·      Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
