Job Summary

Account Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end Amazon account operations for multiple clients.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Develop advertising strategies focused on traffic growth, conversion optimization, and ROI enhancement.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign excellence.
• Stay abreast of evolving trends and algorithm updates in Amazon and e-commerce advertising.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business and budget plans for brands.
• Lead inventory planning and forecasting.
• Conduct category and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce advertising and account management.
• Proven expertise in marketplace advertising, from basic product-level campaigns to advanced display strategies.
• Strong grasp of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Amazon Advertising or Google Ads.
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
• Background in managing large-scale e-commerce campaigns.
