Job Description

Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment

HR Operations: Manage HR processes including onboarding, payroll, leaves, exit formalities, and HRMS systems.

Compliance & Policies: Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) and implementation of HR policies as per industry

Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.

Performance Management: Facilitate appraisals, competency mapping, and career development plans.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external agencies to meet HR goals.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 78 years of HR experience with at least 4+ years in Automation company will be added advantage.

Knowledge: Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and Employee Engagement.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalen
