Job Description

  • Talent acquisition:

    Identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Write compelling and accurate job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
  • Candidate screening:

    Review resumes and applications to screen for candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Interviewing:

    Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and interest, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Process management:

    Manage the overall recruitment lifecycle using an applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain candidate records, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  • Offer and negotiation:

    Prepare and extend job offers, and manage the negotiation process with successful candidates.
  • Onboarding:

    Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including new hire orientation, paperwork, and initial training coordination.
  • Reporting and metrics:

    Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and provide reports to management
