1. Manage end-to-end hiring for clinical roles such as doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare specialists.
2. Recruit for non-clinical roles including administrative, operational, and support staff.
3. Screen and evaluate candidates for medical credentials, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
4. Collaborate with medical department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce gaps.
5. Coordinate credential verification, license checks, and background screening.
6. Source talent through medical job portals, nursing forums, professional associations, LinkedIn, healthcare campuses, and referral programs.
7. Develop a strong pipeline for high-demand roles (nursing, critical care, emergency care, lab technicians, etc.).
8. Conduct recruitment drives, campus hiring, career fairs, and walk-in interviews for healthcare professionals.
