Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Proficient in software (e.g., MS Project, Autocad, etc.)
