Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage the full tendering process for Industrial projects, Commercial, Residential/Building Projects including Pre & Post Tendering process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met. Estimate project costs accurately and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients. Prepare technical documentation and reports for tender submissions. Utilize analytical skills to review project progress and make recommendations for improvements. Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Review and analyze the tender documents. Qualifications and Skills Civil Engineering degree (must qualified) 5-10 years of experience in tendering, Contracts & Estimation Strong understanding of cost estimation and contract negotiation Excellent technical writing and analytical skills Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
