As a Tendering Manager, your role involves overseeing the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning bids. You will be responsible for analysing tender documents, preparing and managing bid responses, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. Additionally, you will lead and manage a tendering team, negotiate terms and conditions, and monitor the process to report on progress and risks. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and analysing tenders: Conduct research on potential contracts and understand the requirements outlined in tender documents. - Bid preparation and management: Create well-documented bids, including technical, financial, and project management aspects, ensuring completeness and accuracy. - Team leadership and coordination: Manage and lead the tendering team to ensure timely and accurate submissions. - Compliance and quality control: Ensure that all bids adhere to company guidelines and regulations, and present them professionally. - Risk assessment and management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with each bid. - Negotiation and contract review: Review bids, negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and ensure contract compliance. - Reporting and monitoring: Track the tendering process, provide regular updates to senior management, and report on progress and risks. - Business development: Contribute to the company's growth by securing contracts. - Building relationships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to build strong relationships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tender Manager In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and the role requires in-person work with a day shift schedule. The willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred. If you are planning to relocate to Jaipur before starting work, it is also preferred.
