Job Summary:

Eppeltone Engineers Limited is seeking an experienced Tender Manager to manage the complete tendering and bidding process for government, PSU, utility, and private sector projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for tender evaluation, documentation, compliance, commercial coordination, and timely submission to support the company’s growth across power, energy, infrastructure, and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle from tender identification, evaluation, and bid/no-bid analysis to final submission.
• Study and interpret tender documents including RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and ITBs.
• Ensure all tender submissions are fully compliant with technical, commercial, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare bid schedules, checklists, and submission timelines.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to company policies, client specifications, and regulatory norms.
• Maintain tender documentation, bid records, and historical tender data.
• Track tender results and conduct post-bid reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience in tendering and bidding, preferably in power, electrical, EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling tenders for utilities, DISCOMs, PSUs, government departments, and large private clients.
