WE ARE HIRING – TENDER SPECIALIST (Female Candidate)

Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Company: IMP Engineering & Power Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist to manage government and private tender submissions, documentation, and coordination for our Kanpur office. The ideal candidate should have experience in tender preparation and strong command over documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant tenders on GeM, IREPS, MSTC, and other government portals.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments for technical inputs, pricing, and compliance.
• Maintain tender calendars, deadlines, and documentation records.
• Review tender terms and ensure all submissions meet required specifications.
• Communicate with procurement agencies and clarify queries when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tender documentation and government e-procurement portals.
• Strong knowledge of GeM, IREPS, CPPP, and vendor registration processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
