Tender Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, coordinating bid preparation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and delivering high-quality, winning proposals on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and post-submission clarifications.
• Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc.) and determine bid requirements.
• Develop bid strategies in coordination with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams.
• Create project timelines and manage internal resources to ensure timely delivery of submissions.
• Write and edit non-technical content, ensuring proposals are compliant, compelling, and aligned with company goals.
• Conduct risk analysis and ensure all commercial, legal, and financial aspects are properly addressed.
• Maintain and update a database of standard proposal content and documentation.
• Manage relationships with external partners or subcontractors involved in joint tenders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
