We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting vendors, meeting clients directly , generating leads, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions. Key Responsibilities: Visit vendors, retailers, and potential business partners for product promotion and onboarding. Meet with direct clients to understand their requirements and pitch relevant solutions. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, references, and follow-ups. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations. Close sales deals and ensure timely collection of payments. Maintain daily reports on visits, calls, and meetings. Collaborate with the sales and operations team for smooth delivery and customer support. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: B.Tech. or MBA preferred. 0–1 years of experience in field sales, vendor management, or B2B/B2C client handling. Strong technical, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively. Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Excel.
