Manager - Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

◦ Identify and target new business opportunities within the relevant industrial sectors.

◦ Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.

◦ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

• Client Relationship Management:

◦ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on key accounts.

◦ Present, negotiate, and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.

◦ Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Marketing Strategy:

◦ Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products/services.

◦ Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, seminars, and events.

◦ Prepare professional presentations, sales collateral, and proposals.

• Reporting & Analysis:

◦ Maintain accurate records of all sales and marketing activities in the CRM system.

◦ Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 5 to10 years of progressive experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
• Industry Preference (Highly Preferred):

◦ Proven sales and marketing experience within the Iron & Steel sector.

• Skills:

◦ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

◦ Strong technical acumen to understand and articulate the company's product offering.

◦ Proficiency in CRM software
