Lead a team of rating analysts who are responsible for undertaking rating assignments and timely rating reviews of financial instruments of companies in the mid-corporate sector. Mentor the analysts and motivate them to create good quality presentations ensuring analytical quality and contributing well to the rating committees by conveying appropriate rating recommendations..
