Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for fast paced and energetic person with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us expand our business and our clientele in India. The candidate will be the front face of the company and must extensively travel across India for client acquisition, to develop local sales agents for small ticket services, and to build channel partners for steady business streams. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Roles & Responsibilities: Revenue Generation and Growth: - Accountable for achieving revenue targets with a strong focus on renewals with existing clients and on new business from new clients. Client Acquisition: - Acquire new large enterprise and SME clients across the globe. - Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings/ client calls. - Communicating new service offers to spective clients. - Develop a strategy focused on growing the business in areas of risk management and consulting. Key Client Growth: - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients. - Understand Clients' businesses and upsell and cross-sell services. - Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. - vide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Marketing: - Build robust partnerships with various channels. - Represent B2K at industry events and assume speaker responsibilities. - Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. - Develop & implement clientele-specific solutions. Others: - Liaise between the clients and delivery teams. - Research and present market conditions, competitive data, and trends to management. - Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. - Submit monthly sales forecast and sales pipeline, keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc. - Develop a robust team by mentoring other people in the sales team. Skill Set: - Experienced and confident person with a ven track record in business development and marketing in the financial service or consulting industry, preferably risk and analytics consulting. - Should possess excellent people skills with strong EQ. - This will include excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to help the company enhance current relationships with existing clients, and build new relationships for the company. - Demonstrated experience with strategic business planning with the ability to "walk the talk" and demonstrate by doing "hands-on" work wherever necessary. - Experience in developing markets abroad will be an added advantage. - Strong analytical and numerical ability with experience in generating reports, data presentation, metrics-based decision-making. - The candidate should possess superlative presentation and communication skills. - Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated record of success and associate engagement. - Experience in motivating and engaging others and successfully achieving strategic goals. Qualification: B.Sc.or B.Com / BTech + MBA from a recognized institute in India. Experience: 12 - 15 years of business development and marketing experience. Travel: Frequent travel across India.
