✅ Job Responsibilities

1. Support Sales Strategy & Planning

• Participate in monthly and quarterly sales strategy planning sessions with management.
• Contribute insights based on team performance, lead quality, and market trends.
• Help define sales targets for junior executives.
• Suggest improvements to the sales process based on feedback and results.

2. Team Supervision & Sales Monitoring

• Assign incoming leads to junior executives.
• Ensure monthly team sales target achievement by monitoring progress and guiding the team proactively.
• Review daily follow-ups, call notes, quotation updates, and meetings in CRM.
• Ensure the team achieves targets in lead follow-up, quotation meetings, and conversions.

3. CRM Ownership

• Ensure all leads are updated real-time by the team in CRM.
• Conduct daily audits on lead status, stage, and conversion progress.
• 4. Marketing Campaign Coordination
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and launch monthly lead-generation campaigns.
• Ensure sales team alignment and readiness for campaign rollouts.
• Track campaign-wise lead performance and report ROI to management.
• Coordinate preparation of campaign creative and offers with content/design teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
