Experience: Mandatory experience in handling matters of a listed company & must be a member of ICSI Responsibilities Statutory Compliance Management: Manage and oversee statutory compliances for a diverse portfolio of listed, unlisted companies, Trusts, LLPs and other entities in accordance with applicable laws. Board, Committee, and Shareholders' Meetings: Prepare for and convene Board, Committee, and Shareholders’ meetings, including drafting notices, agenda and minutes. Ensure pre- and post-compliance related to meetings. Regulatory Filings and Compliance: Ensure timely filing of reports and compliance with Stock Exchanges and various e-forms with the Registrar of Companies. Stakeholder Management: Manage shareholder queries, grievances, and other correspondence effectively. Directors/KMP Appointments: Handle compliances related to Directors/KMP appointments, including periodic return filings, DSC applications/renewals, and yearly compliances. Statutory Notices and Agreements: Draft replies in response to notices from statutory authorities. Draft and vet various agreements to ensure legal compliance. Corporate Restructuring: Manage secretarial compliance related to corporate restructuring, liaising with consultants as required. Record Keeping: Maintain proper and timely secretarial records, minutes book, and statutory registers as per Companies Act, LLP Act, RBI Act, Guidelines, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, Secretarial Standards, and other applicable laws. Research and Compliance Updates: Stay abreast of new provisions and changes in relevant laws, conducting research and presenting findings to ensure ongoing compliance.

Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks: Python, R, TensorFlow, visualization libraries like streamlit / dash, Lang chain framework, PowerBI, etc. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, and data visualization. Understanding Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps, MLOps, Big data architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and communication. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Exposure in onboarding and managing vendor teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in relevant technologies is a plus Job experience of 7-8 years Good To Have Qualifications And Skills Experience in handling mobility, web and cloud technologies, BOT frameworks etc. Programming tools like Java, SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms etc. OR Experience with GenAI technologies, LLMs, RAG methodologies and NLP Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
