Conceptualise brand refresh and promote brand visibility by proactively redesigning collateralswebsites and SEO optimisation as necessary.
Ensure Digital Media Presence - Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc) with regular content creation and engagement
Driving PR Initiatives - Work with PR agencies to generate article publication, speaking, and sound-byte opportunities for leadership across the Group companies.
Attend conferences and trade shows, showcasing Brickwork Group Companies productsservices through presentations and collaterals. Work on post-event reports and analysis to improve market presence and visibility.
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to help achieve the sales targets and develop new markets for the Group companies.
Conduct regular meetings with business leaders for brainstorming sessions on the prospective sales opportunities and discuss steps to create market outreach activities to tap the untapped regionsareas.
Work closely, in collaboration with business development teams, leadership, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the team s efforts are aligned with the company s overall objectives.
Create a cross-functional collaboration framework by establishing clear goals, defining roles, and setting up communication channels with the concerned departments to work together to achieve the sales and marketing objectives.
