Vice President Project

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and contractual commitments.
• Develop and implement project management strategies, resource optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve critical challenges, and enforce compliance with statutory, quality, and safety standards.
• Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, driving capability development and a culture of accountability.
• Manage client, consultant, vendor, and authority relationships, ensuring satisfaction and supporting new business opportunities.

Key Requirement :

• Civil Engineering graduate/diploma holder; Masters preferred.
• 15+ years construction industry experience, including 810 years in senior leadership roles on EPC industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, multi-location projects on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in contracts, commercial and financial management.
• Exposure to modern project management tools, ERP systems, and digital construction technologies (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
