Vice President Civil (Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple civil projects from concept to completion.
Ensure project delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget.
Strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Review project designs, estimates, and billing processes.
Develop and implement project management systems and controls.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and guide project managers and engineers for effective team performance.
Drive business growth, client relationships, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

20 to 25 years of experience in
Civil Construction / Industrial Projects.
Proven leadership in managing large projects or multiple project portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen, decision-making, and client management skills.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
